All the staffs are friendly,sorry I couldn’t remember all of their names but they all nice, the girl who talked about details and price with the glasses on her English is very good can explain everything to me,which is very convenient for the ppl who cannot speak Thai,the Dr Dui was very nice and professional. That was the first time I did hair transplant,I’m waiting for the result,I think it would be good. Another 5 star review! No wonder this place has only 5 stars! The service is so good! All staff are so friendly and kind! The proceedures is very smooth, no pain, and I was even using my laptop when I was doing the surgery. The post-care is excellent too. They make sure to wash your hair for 7 days for free. Had my hair transplant 1 week ago. My doctor was Dr Emily. My point of contact/salesperson was K.First. Overall, I highly recommend doing your hair transplant with Medi Hair. In my opinion, a hair transplant is definitely not a small op. The procedure and recovery process can be challenging. However, the team at Medi Hair took great care of me throughout. I felt very safe in their hands throughout. Their staff is highly responsive, providing quick feedback via LINE. Any questions I have are addressed promptly. There was one small incident. I encountered a miscommunication regarding add-on treatment (Regenera). I was unaware that the treatment was considered add-ons and incurred additional costs until the day of the procedure. However, the team was dealt with the issue professionally and offered a discount on the treatment.
